Our Story

Ondara was born from frustration. Our founders — clinicians and engineers who've worked in mental health care — watched talented therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists spend hours on administrative work. Intake forms. Data entry. Manual summarization. Important work, sure, but not what they trained for.

We saw the same problem everywhere: too much paperwork, too little time for what really matters — the patient. Clinicians were leaving practices. Patients were waiting weeks for appointments. The broken intake process was dragging down entire teams.

That's when we decided to build Ondara. We knew we could do better. We could make intake fast, compliant, and intelligent. We could give clinicians back their time and help them focus on delivering exceptional care.
